About
Born and raised in Mill Valley, California, Jennifer grew up surround by the arts in every form. From singing and the performing arts, to painting and to the visual arts, along with being in nature, she found her most profound way of connecting with self, others, and the world through her creativity. She found painting in a more professional sense in a course in college, at Northeastern University, which quickly became a therapeutic and abundant way for her to connect to herself, the present moment, and the excitement of what life offered.
Throughout a few careers in San Francisco, Jennifer continued to paint, and now lives in Mill Valley, once again as an Artist. When not painting or engaged in psychology programs, Jennifer enjoys yoga, hiking and swimming.
“Painting automatically tunes me into the moment, and being in the moment for me, there is usually something quite positive to feel. I let go of what I’m thinking, connect to my desires and what wants to be conveyed. What I create comes from capturing the dance between my emotions and expressing the presence of grace and beauty that the moment can offer. I convey the curiosity, flow, movement and excitement I am experiencing and express that in my art.
My intention with my art is to make you feel inspired to live your life more fully.”
